Custom made Preinked Stamps perform the same function as self inkers - replenishing themselves with every stamp. The marking technology used in Preinked Stamps differs from self inkers in that, instead of a rubber plate flipping around inside the machine and reinking itself, preinked stamps hold their ink inside a microporous material which releases ink through the design when stamped and creates an impression.
